While a patient's insurance plans may cover the majority of costs for screenings, hearing aid assistance, and other hearing and speech services, additional charges may apply. These additional costs can be billed or paid at the time of appointment with credit cards, debit cards, or cash.

We hope that all of our patients can make their appointments, but we also understand that things happen that prevent you from visiting our office. Patients who can no longer make an appointment are encouraged to call 504-345-2984 to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Patients who don't cancel will be charged $30 per missed in-person appointment or teletherapy appointment.
