Out of abundance of caution and to help do our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue in-person visits beginning Monday, March 23rd, 2020, but will continue to see our patients remotely through telepractice beginning March 30th, 2020. If you are a current patient, you will be contacted by one of our staff members that will provide you with instructions for setting this up on your computer or electronic device. If you are a new patient or an existing patient with questions, please call our office directly at 504-345-2984 or send an email to clinic@highlevelhearing.com.
Currently, we plan to only provide speech and hearing services through our telepractice model for two weeks, from Monday, March 23, 2020- Friday, April 2, 2020. We currently plan to resume in-person visits on Monday, April 6, 2020, however, we will contact you in advance if this changes.
As always, we are at your service as needed. Our staff is available Monday- Friday from 9 am- 5 pm CST via phone, email, video chat, and our website highlevelhearingnola.com.
